ADMISSION NOTICE : DATED - 25.08.2017

The following is the schedule for payment of admission fees for 18th phase Honours Courses and 11th Phase General Course and verification of documents:-

• If any documents are found fake/false, his/her admission will be cancelled and no refund of admission fees would be done.
• At the time of verification of documents candidate must be present with Guardian for signing Anti Ragging declaration.

Original Documents to be produced at the time of verification:

1. Age Proof Certificate (10th Admit Card / Age Proof Certificate / Birth Certificate).
2. 10+2 (H.S.) Mark sheet.
3. Caste Certificate (if applicable).
4. PH Certificate (if applicable).
5. e-Receipt / Bank Challan (both Registration and Admission Fees) against payment.

Documents to be submitted at the time of verification:

1. Duly signed Printed Online Registration Form
2. Two copies recent Colour Passport size Photograph
3. School Leaving Certificate / Transfer Certificate
4. Migration Certificate (if applicable)
5. Self-Attested photocopy of Age Proof certificate(10th Admit Card / Age Proof Certificate / Birth Certificate)
6. Self-Attested photocopy of 10+2 (H.S.) Mark sheet (Both Side)
7. Self-Attested photocopy of Caste Certificate (if applicable)
8. Self-Attested photocopy of PH Certificate (if applicable)
